A video spreading on Chinese social networking sites.
It contains a skit criticizing Japan for the shooting of former Prime Minister Abe.
Now there is a stir over the content of the video.
The video is believed to have been shot at an athletic meet at a high school in Shandong Province in September.
It shows two students in black T-shirts and sunglasses standing by on either side of a chair placed in the center.
Then, welcomed by applause and laughter, a person wearing a black suit appears.
He was wearing a mask.
The motif of the mask seemed to be that of the late former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
The masked person began to make some kind of speech.
The masked figure began to make some kind of speech, imitating Japanese, and appealing to the audience with a bullshit speech.
Then, a student in a black jersey appeared from the left side of the front of the screen.
The next moment, he pulled out what looked like a gun from his pocket and pointed it at the masked figure.
When the person dressed as former Prime Minister Abe fell, he was greeted with applause and loud cheers.
The skit appeared to be a reenactment of the shooting of former Prime Minister Abe in July 2022.
The skit was also accompanied by another performance.
A banner held up at the same time the actor playing Prime Minister Abe fell read, “Two shots will chill you to the bone, and the sewage released into the sea will cause more problems.
He brought up and criticized the release of treated water at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, which is not directly related to the shooting incident.
