As a third-generation zainichi, I was surprised at the “big lie” of “anti-Japanese justice” and the “dangerous reality” of the “anti-Japanese business” that is being hunted down.
The Realities of Anti-Japanese Business in South Korea

It is now widely known that leftist civic groups in South Korea are mainly engaged in the “anti-Japan business” while pretending to be “shields for the weak.
In the case of the issue of treated water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan, such left-leaning legislators and left-leaning groups united in their opposition to the treated water issue, while at the same time repeatedly criticizing President Yun Suk-yeol’s resignation and his administration. The South Korean government also supports the decision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) regarding the treated water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant. Sensing a crisis as the Korean public began to accept the Yun administration’s sound arguments and well-meaning actions, the opposition parties and leftist civic groups have, of course, decided to spread unscientific and unexplainable falsehoods. They spread such insane falsehoods as, “The northward-flowing Kuroshio Current will flow backward into the Sea of Japan (East Sea) from Pusan. Against this backdrop, Japan decided to release the treated water on August 24. The South Korean opposition called for a large-scale rally on August 26 in anticipation of the release a little later, but the content of the rally on August 26 was so lame that it turned out to be a disappointment. Recently, “allegations” have surfaced one after another concerning such leftist lawmakers and civic groups.
A large amount of money…
Seo Beom-soo, a member of the ruling National People’s Power Party of South Korea, pointed out that the civic group “Candlelight Action for Victory and Change” raised a total of 770 million won (about ³ million) through an online sponsorship system and other means from August to December last year, in violation of the Donations and Contributions Act. The “Anti-Japan Hunt” Begins
When one thinks of comfort women’s groups, the first group that immediately comes to mind is the Justice Federation (Justice and Memory Solidarity for the Resolution of the Japanese Military Sexual Slavery Issue). The exposure of unaccounted-for money by Lee Yong Soo, a comfort women victim, has deepened suspicions about the activities of the organization, including those of its former president, Yun Mi-hyang. The Wednesday rallies of the Korea Federation for Justice are famous for the dancing of children (elementary, junior high, and high school students) brought in from somewhere at the end of the speeches and at the conclusion of the rally. This is a group that has long been using children to draw sympathy and raise funds. These people, too, use the children as much as they can, and when they cause a fuss, they decide to “keep quiet. When I see such leftist legislators and leftist groups, I can only think that they are not making claims based on strong principles, but rather on their own interests……. Such voices are growing stronger by the day. As adults, what “justice” is there in activities that even take advantage of naive children and put their interests first? Am I the only one who would like those who are donating money to think hard about this? President Yun has his eyes on the groups that are putting on the facade of “justice” and pursuing their own interests, and is now engaged in a thorough battle to “eliminate” them. This battle, which has taken on the appearance of an “anti-Japanese hunt,” is one that we will not be able to take our eyes off of for much longer.
